Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is crucial for academic success and maintaining F-1 visa status. Students must maintain at least 75% attendance in each term. Medical absences require proper documentation from a licensed healthcare provider.
Vacation Policy
After completing six months of continuous study, students become eligible for vacation time. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance through the Student Request Form.
Admission Terms and Conditions
Students must review and sign our enrollment agreement during registration, which outlines rights, responsibilities, and financial obligations.

Our academic year is divided into four terms, each corresponding to a season. Every term consists of three sessions, providing a structured learning path throughout the year. This organization allows for regular assessment and progression through our eight-level program.

Students receive monthly invoices via email between the 21st-26th of each month, with payment due within 7 days. Payment options include Zelle (finances.metrowest@gmail.com) or credit card. Note that tuition is paid even during vacation periods, and exam rescheduling without valid justification incurs an additional fee.
Important Payment Notes:
If a company or third party is making payment on your behalf, it is your responsibility to inform us. Otherwise, the payment may not be properly credited to your account.
It is also your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive your invoice before the due date. Missing an invoice does not exempt you from on-time payment requirements.

Our English language program consists of 8 progressive levels, from Fundamentals to Academic. Each level spans 3 months (3 sessions), providing comprehensive language development. Students may repeat a level once if needed, but cannot fail any level more than 3 times before being subject to expulsion. Both attendance and homework completion are critical components of your grade, each accounting for 50% of your overall assessment.
